WEEK TWO
Your tenth morning in the mountains brings about a familiar scene - a heavy blizzard started up again the night before and brings with it a looming darkness. The fire in the lounge is just as warm as ever, and your food and water supply is still plenty. And yet...something doesn't feel right. The week starts out normally enough, but the more time passes, the harder it becomes to ignore intense hunger pangs that occasionally strike as if you haven't eaten for days. Some days, even sitting in front of the fire won't ward off the chilliness that sinks deep into your bones, and even if you drink plenty of water to try and keep hydrated, your throat will sometimes feel dry and scratchy. Waves of dizziness will come and go, your body crying for sustenance you can't seem to give it.
But hey. At least you're safe from the storm, aren't you? And you're still alive. That has to count for something.
Similarly, sometimes you'll be able to look out the window of the lodge and notice that the weather has cleared, enough that you can see the mountains and trees outside. The blizzard is unpredictable, but perhaps it's worth leaving the lodge to try and find some supplies or a way down the mountain. For most of you, the blizzard will start up again steps from when you leave the door, but a lucky few of you may wind up someplace else.
Careful out there.

OOC NOTES
Welcome to week two! Not much has changed around these parts, but at this time, you may explore the lodge and areas right outside. However, your character will not be able to venture further away without getting stuck in the snowstorm, unless they are on a choose your own adventure. Sign ups for CYOAs will close at 6 PM PST, so get those in if you want to participate.
Please make sure to submit all of your private conversations from week one and this week as soon as you set them up. Please also specify the day and location for all of your mingle prompts as you post them.
Murder proposals are now open, and will close Tuesday at 9 AM PST, so please go ahead and get those in if you're interested!

[estelle kneels down by katarina and wraps an arm around her, holding her tightly (and maybe trying to pull her back an inch or two from the fire).]
